Our CoC partners are committed to targeting homelessness and providing resources to lower income individuals and their families.

CSAH is a nonprofit organization that works directly in the community to help achieve the goal of ending homelessness.

Emmaus House is a nonprofit organization that provides hot meals and laundry/shower services to homeless individuals in Savannah, Georgia.

The EOA of Savannah-Chatham County area is focused on providing services and programs to help individuals achieve a higher quality way of life.

Family Promise is a full-service emergency shelter in Savannah, Georgia. Family Promise is committed to providing families with shelter and long-lasting resources for self-sufficiency.

Georgia Legal Services provides low-income individuals with legal assistance free of charge.

Greenbriar Children’s Center provides emergency shelter and counseling services for children and young adults ages 11-21.

The Housing Authority of Savannah provides low income individuals with housing.

Inner City Night Shelter provides chronically homeless adults with shelter.

The Old Savannah City Mission provides food, shelter, clothing, and fundamental services to homeless and low income individuals.

Safe Shelter is a domestic violence center open 24/7 dedicated to providing domestic violence victims with safe and confidential services.

Social Apostolate provides a variety of services from emergency grocery assistance to employment assistance.

The Salvation Army has various services from emergency financial assistance to housing services to adult rehabilitation programs.

Union Mission provides emergency shelter, mental health counseling, HIV/AIDS support services, and permanent supportive housing to individuals in need.

Wesley Community Centers of Savannah works with families to provide financial assistance, child care, and adult education classes.
