Rapid Re-Housing Services
Park Place Outreach is pleased to have the opportunity to offer services to those who are in need and qualify for rapid re-housing in Chatham, Bryan, Effingham, and Liberty county. This process is designed to stabilize participants in permanent housing as quickly as possible, providing wrap-around services after the family or individual obtains housing. Households receiving this funding must have an income level at or below 50% AMI.
